Probably my favorite of all the Joweys. Joshua is a stunning 3" ball form dahlia with deep ruby petals with a creamy yellow reverse. It's an amazing contrast and an eye-catching bloom. Shorter plants at 3 ft are perfect for the front of the border. Love this!
